No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, we hereby inform that the shareholders of the Company have, in their Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday, the 28th September, 2021 through Video Conferencing, approved the appointment of M/s K C Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, Vadodara (Firm Registration No. 106237W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a consecutive period of five years till the conclusion of 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company in place of 'the retiring Auditors - M/s Maloo Bhatt & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 129572W).
