RAPALA VMC CORPORATION FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT – NORDEA FUNDS OY OWNERSHIP EXCEEDS 10%

Rapala VMC Corporation has received a notification from Nordea Funds Oy (Company ID 1737785-9) in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act on the change in its holdings. According to the notification the following changes in holdings have taken place on April 1, 2014:

Nordea Funds Oy's holding in shares and voting rights of Rapala VMC Corporation (ISIN code: FI0009007355) has reached 10 per cent. Following the merger of investment fund companies Nordea Funds Oy owns 4,367,755 shares or 11.07% of all shares and voting rights.

Rapala VMC Corporation has a total of 39,468,449 shares and votes.
