In connection with the final transitioning of the chief executive officer position for Range Resources Corporation (the “Company”), John H. Pinkerton retired, effective December 31, 2013, and consequently will no longer be an employee. Subsequent to his year-end retirement, Mr. Pinkerton will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s board of directors in the role of non-executive chairman.
