Range International Limited (Range) - Restricted Securities to be released from ASX imposed Escrow

As advised to the market on 6 July 2018, 48,124,809 fully paid unquoted ordinary shares and 3,076,896 unquoted options held under mandatory escrow were released from ASX imposed escrow on 22 July 2018.

The attached Appendix 3B seeks quotation of the ordinary shares, and updates the number of unlisted options following the lapsing of certain options due to resignation or redundancy of employees.

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX's absolute discretion. ASX may quote the +securities on any conditions it decides.
