ASX Announcement 14 October 2021

AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURING OPERATION COMMENCES PRODUCTION

Further to the announcement made by Range International Limited (ASX:RAN) ( Company or Range ) on 3 August 2021,the Board of the Company is pleased to confirm that the Cairns-based operation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Re>Pal Australia ( Re>Pal ) has commenced manufacturing of commercial quantities of saleable recycled plastic products.

Initially the focus will be on producing plastic planks used for fencing, garden beds and retaining walls as part of our 5-year product supply agreement with Botanic Property Group, as previously announced on 3 August 2021. All products will be manufactured using Australian sourced recycled HDPE plastic which underpins the company’s high environmental standards.

Re>Pal continues to explore its own collection and processing of recycled plastics from the Far North Queensland (FNQ) region and in addition is in the process of applying for both an R&D tax rebate and a non-binding joint Federal/State funding grant to facilitate an expansion of its existing plant.

All components of the plant, and all services used in the commissioning of the plant, have been funded by the convertible loan facility as announced on 3 August 2021 and have been delivered on time and within budget.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of the Company.
