Range International Limited (ASX: RAN) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Range International Limited (‘RAN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RAN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 29 January 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Range International Limited (ASX:RAN) - Trading halt request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Range International Limited ACN 611 998 200 ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 29 January 2021 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
