Opening of Range Share Purchase Plan

Range International International plastic pallets, is pleased to announce the opening today Plan (SPP).

On 30 August 2017, the Company announced a placement of A$13.5 million to institutional and sophisticated investors and a share purchase plan for eligible shareholders at the same issue price as offered under the institutional placement of A$0.30 per share.
The SPP allows eligible shareholders to purchase up to A$15,000 worth of new fully paid ordinary shares in Range International, subject to discretionary scale back, without brokerage or transaction costs.
Participation in the SPP is open to shareholders who were registered holders of Range International shares at 5.00pm (AEST) on the Record Date of 29 August 2017 and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand provided that such shareholder is not in the United States or acting for the account or benefit of a person in the United States.
The SPP will be open until Tuesday 26 September 2017.
The SPP offer document and Application Form have been mailed to eligible shareholders today. Copies of these documents follow this announcement. The SPP offer document is also available on www.rangeinternational.com under Investor Information.
