RANGE INTERNATIONAL SIGNS CONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE 19,000 SQM FACTORY SITE IN JAVA

Range International (ASX:RAN), manufacturer of Re>Pal™ recycled plastic pallets, is pleased to announce it has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire a factory site in East Java, Indonesia, to house a new and significantly expanded production facility.

The approximately 19,000 square metre block of land with 10,000 square metres of existing factory buildings, is located in the Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang and provides the required space for the stockpiling and processing of large quantities of raw materials, manufacture and housing of finished goods, and is well serviced by existing transport infrastructure.

Importantly, the site has the required space to accommodate the 14 new production lines outlined in the prospectus for Range's listing on the ASX.

Having paid a holding deposit, Range has completed the required due diligence and land search phases, and subject to obtaining the Notarial Deed for securing the industrial land use approval, the lodging of land registration, and payment of transaction taxes, currently intends to confirm the sale and purchase agreement as unconditional on or before, 9 September 2016.

The site acquisition cost, and expected cost for subsequent improvements, are in line with the AUD 5,316,000 cost outlined in Range's recent prospectus.

This site is an excellent match for our needs, bringing us physically closer to our raw material suppliers and customers in Java, as well as the container port of Surabaya.

As planned, the site enables us to transition to commercial scale production and accommodate at one site the 14 production lines, together with raw material preparation and finished goods storage.'

Located in Pasuruan East Java, in a bonded zone Industrial Estate, 61 km from Surabaya Port.

About 20 km to the existing express toll road to Surabaya, with a toll road extension to Pasuruan under construction.

The three factory buildings have a combined floor area of 10,080 m2

The facility allows for easy truck access along both sides of the buildings, with ample space to unload and load 40' trailers carrying ocean containers.

The lot is elevated 2 meters above the front access road, mitigating flooding risk
