Range International shareholder update

Range International is pleased to inform the market that in view of the significant plans for the growth of our business over the next 12 months and longer term, the Company plans to provide shareholders with an update on the progress of its activities on a quarterly basis.

About Range International:

Range is a manufacturer of plastic pallets. Our ThermoFusion™ technology allows Range to make plastic pallets from 100% recycled mixed waste plastic at a price that is competitive with wood pallets. Range currently has two production lines operating at its factory in Bali, Indonesia and sells its pallets under the brand Re>Pal™. Range is scaling up its operations in Indonesia. Regional expansion begins for Re>Pal[TM ]

Re>Pal[TM] is pleased to announce that a major regional expansion program has kicked off with key appointments in South East Asia, China and the United Arab Emirates.

Kobbin Nathan has joined the team as Regional Sales Manager for S.E Asia. Kobbin has 20 years’ experience in the pallet business with CHEP, bringing to the team, a wealth of experience and knowledge both in supply chain management and pallet sales.

Re-Pal[TM ] is already engaged with customers in the countries of Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, actively increasing the company’s sales presence, offices and distribution facilities.

Under Kobbin’s leadership the company’s expanded footprint, is being implemented to further support the existing customers in each market, and to take advantage of the considerable opportunities identified.

Alex Ding joins the business at the end of December as Regional Manager for China. Alex will lead the aggressive growth of the business into China’s major export manufacturing centers, through the continued growth in our sales force and the opening of offices and distribution facilities in the country.

Along with the targeted expansion into South East Asia and China, Re>Pal[TM] has also extended its growth platform with the appointment of Gary King as the Head of Sales for the UAE and surrounding countries. Gary is the founder and Managing Partner of The Matrix Partnership, a strategic advisory firm based in Dubai.

Re>Pal[TM] signs MOU with PT PERTAMINA Indonesia

Re>Pal[TM] is pleased to announce the signing of an MOU with Pertamina Drilling Services (PDSI), a division of Indonesia’s National Oil Company, Pertamina.

The two companies will be working together on two projects, one focused on supplying Re>Pal[TM] Heavy Duty pallets to Pertamina’s 42 drilling rigs in operation, and the second supplying Re>Pal[TM] Heavy Duty pallets for the distribution of their lubricants.

Using Re>Pal's[TM] uniquely sustainable pallets will contribute and enlarge the scope of Pertamina's "Green Drilling" program.

TPI Enterprises Australia

TPI Enterprises, one of Australia’s significant seed exporters, and Re>Pal[TM] continue to expand their business partnership.

Following the completion of trials, and the successful delivery of repeat orders, TPI shared their feedback on the performance of Re>Pal’s products: “We are delighted to be able to use Re-Pal’s 100% recycled mixed waste plastic pallets for our export distribution. PT Mukim Wholesale Indonesia

Mukim a large Indonesia based wholesale company, with operations in Java and neighbouring islands, continues to expand their partnership with Re>Pal[TM] . Through all H2 2016, as the performance of Re>Pal’s[TM] pallets continued to prove their strength and functional applicability, Mukim has steadily increased their repeat order volumes. Re>Pal’s[TM] Indonesia Sales Manager; Dhimas Etmiadji summed it up: “ PT Mukim’s use of our pallets in their domestic island supply chains, prove that the successful use of Re>Pal’s[TM] products, apply not only with our target customers engaged in international product export shipments, but equally with customers moving products within Indonesia’s large archipelago.”

Greater functionality from Re>Pal's new Nestable cost effective pallet designs

Range International is excited to announce development of their new NSP (Nestable – Stackable) series of pallets. These pallets will compliment and broaden the Nestable, Heavy Duty and Rackable portfolio options. Russell Twine, Head of Sales and Marketing noted:

"Our export customers have a variety of functionality requirements. The new NSP designs address expanded supply chain handling needs in addition to our proven designs and gives our customers more of what they love about Range Re>Pal pallets: low cost alternatives to export one-way wood pallets."

Range expects the new pallets to launch production in Q2 to further support accelerated capacity and sales growth for FY17.

The Dutch Environment Minister, visits Range International’s Bali Factory

Range International was delighted to welcome Ms. Sharon Djiksma the Dutch Minister of the Environment, and her delegation to Re-Pal’s[TM] ThermoFusion [TM ] factory in Bali on November 24.

The Netherlands are actively engaged with the Indonesian Government in improving the country’s plastic and other waste management practices.

The delegation was impressed with the ThermoFusion [TM ] technology, and very engaged in discussions around the widespread applicability of the technology.

Re-Pal[TM] selling plastic pallets at the same price as wood pallets, thereby eliminating the need for wooden or virgin plastic resources, were commented as being highly complementary of the delegations focus on developing a Circular Economy, reducing waste to landfill and global deforestation.
