SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Range International Ltd (ASX: RAN) ( Company or Range International ) advises that Stephen Bowhill has today tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer. Steve will remain on the Board transitioning to Non-Executive Director during the next 6 months.

The Board thanks Steve for his valuable contribution to Range International since he first joined the Company in 2018. Since that time, Steve has focused on improving both the price and quality of raw materials, improved factory productivity, substantially improving the quality of our pallets and led the marketing effort in South East Asia with considerable success whereby Range now sees many large MNC’s as our customers.

Unfortunately, given the limitations on international travel to and from Australia, which are likely to continue through to mid-2022 at least, and the need for management to spend significant time in Indonesia, where the production and marketing drive is, has made it very difficult for Steve to execute his role as he did in the pre-Covid environment.

Steve will serve his 6-month notice period and his resignation as CEO and transition to Non-Executive Director will take effect on Friday 12[th] November 2021.

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Marcus Goldstein, currently Director of Operations of PT Repal Internasional Indonesia, will be appointed as President Director of Indonesian Operations. In that role, he will assume most of the responsibilities that were previously undertaken by Steve.

Marcus joined Repal in Q4 2020 and since that time has made a very significant contribution in all areas of the operations, including sales and marketing. Marcus, who is an Australian based in Surabaya, has lived and worked in Indonesia for more than two decades and is culturally and linguistically aligned to all our major stakeholders. The Company strongly values Marcus’ on ground management and notes that this change continues the Company’s drive to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.

Change of Company Secretary

The Company advises that Mr Dean Jagger has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company, effective today. Dean has assumed the responsibilities of the Company Secretary from Mr Richard Jenkins, who has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company, effective today. Richard will remain as Executive Chairman of the Company.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Dean will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
