CFO and Company Secretary step down
Range International Limited ( Company ), pallets made from 100% recycled plastic, advises of the following management changes.
As part of the ongoing restructuring of the business, Evasio Barbero has today agreed to step down as Chief Financial Officer with his final date of employment to be finalised pending an effective handover of his duties. Range intends to outsource these functions with support from our local finance team.
The company secretarial needs will be outsourced effective 1 April 2018 and Gillian Nairn, Company Secretary and In-House Counsel, will leave the business on 31 March 2018.
