**Appointment
of Company Secretary and In-‐House Legal Counsel**
Range International advises that Ms Gillian Nairn has been appointed Company Secretary and In-‐ House Legal Counsel effective 3 August 2016.
Gillian is both a qualified lawyer and a chartered company secretary. She has significant experience in company secretarial and governance roles.
Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws (International Law) from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Mr William Koeck, Non-‐Executive Director of Range International, has resigned as Company Secretary effective 3 August 2016.
