Notification of Change of Auditor
Following a review of the size of the Company’s operations the Directors of Range made a commercial decision that it would be more appropriately serviced by a mid-tier firm than a Big 4 firm achieving significant operational savings. The Company underwent a competitive tender process and the Board of Directors sought to appoint BDO East Coast Partnership as auditor of Range International Limited.
Range International Limited (ASX Code: RAN) advises that in accordance with ASX listing rule 3.16.3 effective today, BDO East Coast Partnership has been appointed as auditor of the Company.
PricewaterhouseCoopers applied for and have received ASIC consent to resign as the auditor of Range International Limited.
