ASX Announcement 16 April 2020

Annual General Meeting - Deferred

Further to the announcement made on 25 March 2020, Range International Limited ( Company ) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will no longer be held on Thursday, 28 May 2020.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and current restrictions on indoor gatherings and social distancing rules, the Company believe it is prudent to defer the 2020 Annual General Meeting. ASIC has recently provided the advice that it will take a no action stance if a company postpones its AGM for two months, being until the end of July.

A new date for the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be provided in due course.

This announcement has been approved for release to the ASX by the Executive Chairman.
