New East Java facility

  • Facility will enable Range to ramp up to a total of 14 production lines
  • By the end of June, expect to have six lines available for production
  • Centralised raw material processing systems will increase efficiency and reduce wastage
  • New water treatment plant in support of our environmental footprint
  • Production and warehousing consolidated in one location
  • Actual capital expenditure invested in production to date US$19.7 million
  • As previously announced, given the level of production available, management have slowed the pace ramping-up additional production capacity to preserve cash in advance of sales build-up

Production capacity

  • Range has made a significant investment in production capacity and has the ability to support the current sales pipeline
    • Three new production lines currently operating at East Java facility
    • One additional production line scheduled for commissioning early June 2017
    • Two reconditioned lines from Tabanan expected to be on site in East Java June 2017
  • New production lines can be commissioned in a matter of weeks
  • Scheduled to have ten production lines on site in East Java by the end of 2017
  • Secured sufficient supply of low cost mixed waste plastic to support production schedule for 2017

Cash management

  • Company has implemented initiatives to improve cash management
    • Significantly reducing operating overheads
    • Deferred non essential work for the East Java facility
    • Reducing current capital expenditure to enhance cashflow
  • Production costs per pallet will reduce significantly due to efficiencies delivered through the new production equipment at the East Java facility
  • Expected cash at end of June of between US$6-7m
  • Provides a stable platform for management to focus on sales

  • (b) "That the giving of benefits under the Range Retain and Grow Plan to a person by the Company in connection with that person ceasing to hold a managerial or executive office in the Company, as described in the Explanatory Notes to this Notice, be approved for the purposes of sections 200B and 200E of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes."

17.4 Direct voting

The directors may decide that, at any general meeting or class meeting, a member who is entitled to attend and vote on a resolution at that meeting is entitled to a direct vote in respect of that resolution. A "direct vote" includes a vote delivered to the company by post, fax or other electronic means approved by the directors. The directors may prescribe regulations, rules and procedures in relation to direct voting, including specifying the form, method and timing of giving a direct vote at a meeting in order for the vote to be valid."
