注：2022 年 9 月 2 日，公司重大资产重组的业绩补偿义务人京津冀润泽、北京天星汇市政工程 有限公司、润惠（廊坊）企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）、共青城润湘投资合伙企业（有限合伙） 签署《承诺函》，承诺：“在业绩承诺义务方的盈利预测补偿期内（即 2021 年度、2022 年度、2023 年度及 2024 年度），每个会计年度结束后，上市公司根据《盈利预测补偿协议》聘请会计师对润泽 科技进行业绩承诺实现情况的专项审计时，业绩承诺义务方承诺不会要求润泽科技或上市公司将慧 运维产生的损益计入润泽科技合并报表的损益之内”。故上述承诺净利润与实际净利润是指润泽科技 合并报表范围（不含北京慧运维技术有限公司）扣除非经常性损益后的归属于母公司所有者的净利 润数。
