Notice is hereby given that the 16thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on Friday, August 07, 2020 at 15:00 hrs 1ST through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

In view of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions imposed on the movement of people, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA') vide its circular dated May 05, 2020 mad with circulars dated April 08, 2020 and April 13, 2020 and SEBI vide its Circular no SEBVHO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020 (collectively referred to as Applicable Circulars") have permitted the holding of the AGM through VC/OAVM. Accordingly, the AGM will be convened through VC/OAVM and the business may be transacted through voting by electronic means in compliance with applicable provisions of the Act read with applicable circulars. A person, whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. (Friday) July 31, 2020 only shall be entitled to avail the facility of 'remote e-voting' or voting at the AGM. ணமாக கடந்த மார்ச் மாதத்தில் இருந்து இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்குமேலாக விசைத்தறிகள் செயல்பட வில்லை. பின்னர் விசைத்தறியாளர் களின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று காலை 6 மணி முதல் இரவு 8 மணி வரை விசைத்தறிகள் இயக்க அனுமதிக் கப்பட்டது.

இதைத் தொடர்ந்து மே மாதம் முதல் வாரத்தில் இருந்து ஈரோடு பகுதிகளில் உள்ள விசைத்தறிகள் செயல்பட தொடங்கின. இந்த விசைத்தறி கூடங்களுக்கு நாமக் கல் மாவட்டம், பள்ளிபாளையம், வெப்படை, குமாரபாளையம் மற் றும் கரூர் மாவட்ட எல்லைப் பகு திகளைச் சேர்ந்த தொழிலாளர்கள் பலர் வேலைக்கு வந்து செல்கின்ற னர்.

இது தொடர்பாக அக்கு ழுவினர் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை வெளியிட்ட அறிக்கை: மின் சார சட்டத்திருத்த மசோ தாவை 2014-ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து மத்திய அரசு மூன்றா வது முறையாக அமல்படுத்த முயற்சிக்கிறது.
