Sub: Further acquisition in Rane t4u Private Limited - Regulation 30 SEBI LODR Ref: Our earlier letter no. RHL/SE/31/2017-18 dated August 31, 2017.

We hereby intimate that the Rane Holdings Limited (RHL / The Company) has further acquired a 6.80% equity shareholding in Rane t4u Private Limited (RT4U) for a consideration of Rs. 6,57,140. The aggregate equity shareholding stands at 76.81%.

RT4U is a subsidiary of the Company, which offers customized analytics-rich end-to-end telematics/connected mobility solutions for various transportation and asset tracking requirements in India and other countries across South Asia, Middle East and Africa.

The details pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.
