East Kundana Joint Venture Rubicon - Hornet

The directors of Rand Mining NL and Tribune Resources NL are pleased to announce the completion of negotiations with regard to the development of the Rubicon and Hornet deposits of the East Kundana Joint Venture (“EKJV”).

Following extensive negotiation with the EKJV partner, Gilt – Edged Mining NL, a subsidiary of Barrack Australia Pacific, the directors have approved the commitment for financing arrangements with their financiers, the ANZ Banking Group, for the development of the Rubicon Hornet underground mine and associated infrastructure.
