Rand Mining Limited Historical Holding Details in Tribune Resources Limited

Rand Mining Limited refers to the ASIC Form 604 (Notice of change of interests of substantial holder) issued by Mr Anthony Billis with respect to Tribune Resources Limited which was lodged on the ASX Announcements Platform on 19 December 2018.

That form in Annexure A in relation to paragraph 3 of the Form 604 refers to various historical changes in relevant interests with respect to Mr Billis. It states that it has been prepared on the basis of the knowledge of Mr Billis and his current associates at the date of the form after having made reasonable enquiries for information relating to these transactions including of Rand Mining Limited.

Rand Mining Limited confirms that the information relating to the historical changes in relevant interests in the Form 604 which refer to Rand Mining Limited are accurate.

Rand Mining Limited further confirms that the association descriptions set out in the Form 604 which relate to Rand Mining Limited are accurate and that Rand Mining Limited was an associate of Mr Billis during the times that it held its shareholdings in Tribune Resources Limited.

Rand Mining Limited requests that this letter be disclosed by Tribune Resources Limited on the ASX Announcements Platform.
