SUBSTANTIAL HOLDING NOTICES – TRIBUNE RESOURCES NL
We refer to recent correspondence in relation to the ASIC Form 604 "Notice of change of substantial holder" lodged by Tribune Resources NL ("TBR") with Rand Mining NL ("RND") and the Australian Securities Exchange on 9 April 2008.
Due to an administrative oversight, TBR did not lodge a Form 604 subsequent to a notifiable change in its substantial holding in RND on 14 May 2007. A copy of the Form 604 which should have been lodged by TBR at that time is enclosed. As can be seen, TBR's interest in RND increased to 19.15% at this time.
In addition, we enclose an amended Form 604 for TBR with respect to the change of its substantial holding in RND on 9 April 2008

DIRECTIONS
