Rand Mining Ltd ( Rand or the Company ) (ASX code: RND) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Argonaut as its financial adviser.

Argonaut will assist the Rand Board with the assessment of the unsolicited offer from Northern Star for the East Kundana Joint Venture ( EKJV ), and then provide ongoing advice and analysis to maximise shareholder value.
Argonaut are a specialist natural resources financial adviser with offices in Perth and Hong Kong and significant experience in M&A, equity, debt and hybrid financing, having completed transactions totaling over $10 billion since 2007.
Argonaut has deep gold sector expertise based on active M&A and capital markets engagements which will benefit Rand.
