Settlement of Gold Bullion Loan from Tribune Resources NL

As advised to the market on 27 January, 2010, Rand Mining NL has completed the placement associated with the rights issue.

As previously stated, the number of fully paid ordinary shares on issue is now:

60,841,209

In accordance with the prescribed purpose of the rights issue, the directors of Rand Mining NL, inform the market that the Gold Bullion Loan that has been extended to it from Tribune Resources NL has been repaid and settled in full.
