RANA: Rana Gruber ASA – Disclosure of Voting Proxies

Reference is made to the notice from Rana Gruber ASA (the "Company") for an notice of extraordinary general meeting to be held on 2 June 2023 (the "EGM").

Morten Støver, Chairman of the board of the Company, has received proxies to vote for 7.726.696 shares in the Company at the EGM, corresponding to 20.84% of the outstanding shares and votes.

In addition, Støver controls 6,000 shares and votes in the Company. This implies that Støver is entitled to vote for 7.732.696 shares in the Company at the EGM, corresponding to 20.85% of the total outstanding votes.

The voting proxies lapse automatically after the EGM has been held.

This notification is made with reference to section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
