Reference is made to stock exchange announcements regarding the application by Rana Gruber ASA (the "Company") for listing of its shares on Oslo Børs (the "Listing"), including the stock exchange announcement dated 23 February 2022, whereby the Company was informed that Oslo Børs had approved the application for Listing.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the Listing, and the prospectus has today been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The prospectus is available at https://ranagruber.no/investors/.

The first day of trading of the shares of Rana Gruber ASA on Oslo Børs will be 28 March 2022. Consequently, the last day of trading of the shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is today, 25 March 2022. No new shares will be offered in connection with the Listing.
