Rana Gruber ASA – Employee representatives to the Board of Directors

Following election of new board members at the annual general meeting of Rana Gruber ASA (the "Company") on 11 April 2024, one additional employee representative has been appointed as member of the Company's the board of directors.

After this, the board of directors consists of seven shareholder-elected members and four employee representatives as set out below:
