This is with reference to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, for the intimation of Board Meeting.
In this regard, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the corporate office of the Company situated at Unit no. 501, 5th Floor, Eleven Bay (Previously known as SAS Tower), Tower-B, Sector - 38, Gurugram - 122001, Haryana inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026 and to consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.
Further pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, and with reference to our letter no. 2026/ RPL/38 dated 25th March 2026, regarding closure of trading window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company, the same shall continue to remain closed till 21st May, 2026 (inclusive), for all the connected, designated persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives on account of consideration of Standalone Audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
The intimation is also being uploaded on the Company's website at www.ramsonsprojects.com. and at the websites of Stock Exchange at www.bseindia.com
