("Ramsdens" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding 

Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that on 2 July 2018, the following conditional awards were granted over 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company under the Ramsdens Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

The intention to grant the conditional awards was disclosed in Ramsdens' 2018 Annual Report and Accounts, published on the 15 June 2018.

The LTIP awards for the Directors and PDMRs will vest in 2021 in accordance with the plan rules and are subject to the achievement of performance targets with 50% of any award based on growing the Earnings per Share and 50% of any award based on the delivery of the Total Shareholder Return.

These targets will be measured over a three-year performance period for the three financial years to 31st March 2021.  The amounts shown above represent the maximum possible awards to the executive team should the performance targets be achieved.

A further 12 members of the senior management team have been granted conditional awards as part of the Company's remuneration strategy to align the senior team with its shareholders and longer-term objectives.
