Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that on 28 November 2018 Peter Kenyon, Chief Executive Officer of Ramsdens Holdings PLC Limited, purchased 48,484 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company via his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

Following the purchase, Mr. Kenyon's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares held in his wife's name and the SIPP) is 1,139,734 shares representing approximately 3.7% of the total issued shares in the Company.
