Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that on 26th June 2017 Michael Johnson, Operations Director of Ramsdens Financial Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ramsdens Holdings PLC, transferred 688,840 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to his wife Kelly Johnson for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr. Johnson's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 838,840 shares representing approximately 2.7% of the total issued shares in the Company
