MATERIAL INFORMATION

Following the announcement released on the 29th September 2017, where the Company announced the agreement to obtain indirect control of 99% of the share capital of SOCITREL – Sociedade Industrial de Trefilaria, S.A., F. RAMADA - INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs, under the terms and for the purposes of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities Code, that the Competition Authority did not oppose to the mentioned transaction.

It is further informed that the completion of the transaction, according to the terms of the agreement reached, will occur until the 31st December 2017.
