Description
RAM Essential Services Property Fund (‘REP’) has now satisfied the conditions of admission and was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 19 October 2021.
Quotation of REP’s securities will commence at 12:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 20 October 2021 on a conditional and deferred settlement basis .
REP raised $356,926,370 pursuant to the offer under its replacement product disclosure statement dated 13 October 2021 by the issue of 356,926,370 stapled securities at an issue price of $1.00 per stapled security.
