Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Directors to RAM Property Funds Management Limited (the Company)

The Company announces the appointment of:

• Mr Greg Miles;

• Ms Marianne Perkovic; and

• Mr Bryce Mitchelson

as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company. Mr Greg Miles will also be Chairman.

All these appointments are effective 20 October 2021.
