Ref: Regulation 29(1)(a) and (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) Regulations.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 , inter-alia , to consider and approve:

• i) the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021; and

ii) recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

In accordance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window from Thursday, March 25, 2021 to Saturday, April 24, 2021 (both days inclusive).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we would like to inform that an Analysts' Call on the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 would be held on Friday, April 23, 2021.
