Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), this is to inform you that the Company at its Board meeting held today, has decided to set up a Solar power plant to supply renewable energy to its manufacturing units with an estimated capital expenditure amount in the range of Rs. 20 - 27 crore (excluding taxes as applicable) for the said project. This move towards sustainable renewable energy source would help to reduce electricity cost and carbon footprint.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.45 p.m. and concluded at 4.43 p.m.
