Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting
Ref: Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) Regulations.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
In accordance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window from Friday, September 24, 2021 to Thursday, October 21, 2021 (both days inclusive).
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we would like to inform that an Analysts' Call on the financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021, would be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, details of which are enclosed herewith.
