Ref: Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) Regulations.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 , inter-alia , to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.

In accordance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of its trading window from Friday, December 25, 2020 to Wednesday, January 20, 2021 (both days inclusive).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we would like to inform that an Analysts' Call on the financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 would be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
