This is to inform you that the Board of Directors has, at its Meeting held today, i.e. June 14, 2021, pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, appointed Ms. Subhra Gourisaria as the Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from June 15, 2021, on the superannuation of Mr. Ashish Mehta, CFO of the Company effective June 14, 2021.

The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A.
