Appointment of Roger Yao as Alternate Director
The Board of Rakon Limited (NZX:RAK) announces that Yin Tang (Tony) Tseng has appointed Roger Yao as his alternate director for Rakon Limited (Rakon).
The appointment is effective from 27 June 2017 and has been approved by the Board in accordance with Rakon’s Constitution.
Tony Tseng will continue to be actively engaged in the activities of the Board, and will be supported by Roger Yao’s English language skills. The Board confirms Tony Tseng will stand for election by shareholders at the next annual meeting, as a result of his appointment under a casual vacancy.
As was the case with Tony Tseng, the Board has determined that Roger Yao is not an independent director for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2.
