Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“ NRC ”) of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2025 have approved the grant of 4,500 Stock Options to the eligible employees under the RPPL ESOP 2022.
Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A .
