Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 (“SEBI Circular”), we wish to inform you that the Company has installed an additional capacity of 600 Metric Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) of Thermoforming Machinery. With this addition, the total installed capacity of Thermoforming Machinery now stands at 12,120 MTPA.
This capacity addition is aimed at supporting the growing demand for our products and enhancing our production capabilities.
The disclosures as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 are attached herewith as Annexure A .
