Sub:- Resignation of Mr. Alain Edmond Berset as the Nominee Director of the Company Ref:- Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) .

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Alain Edmond Berset, a nominee director of the Company, representing the interest of Wifag Polytype Holding AG, has decided to step down with effect from March 10, 2023.

The notice for the same was received by the Company on March 9, 2023. The detailed reason of his resignation is attached as “ Annexure A ” for your reference.

We further confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than that stated in the resignation letter which is attached as Annexure A . Further, disclosures as required by the SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015 is attached as “ Annexure B ”.

The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by him during his tenure as the Nominee Director.
