Subject: Corrigendum to the Outcome of Board Meeting dated August 31, 2020

In continuation to our earlier letter dated August 31, 2020 regarding the Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 31, 2020 (“said letter”), please read “Friday, September 18, 2020” instead of “Monday, September 21, 2020” in paragraph 4 of the said letter. Therefore, the paragraph 4of the said letter should be read as follows:

“4. Recommended a final dividend of ₹ 1/- (One) per equity share i.e 10% on face value of ₹ 10/- each per equity share for the financial year 2019-2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend shall be made to such shareholders of the Company as on Friday, September 18, 2020. Further, if the said dividend is approved at the AGM, the payment of the same shall be made to the shareholders on or before Monday, October 26, 2020.”

All other particulars and details remain unchanged. The corrigendum shall be read with the Outcome of Board meeting dated August 31, 2020. This corrigendum shall also be uploaded on the Company's website.
