Sub: Intimation of Receipt of Subsidy / Investment Promotion Assistance by MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited (Government of Madhya Pradesh Undertaking) under Madhya Pradesh Nivesh Protsahayan Yojana, 2014 / Investment Promotion Assistance Scheme

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject and our earlier letter dated 1[st] December, 2020 we wish to inform you as follows -

1. MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited (Government of Madhya Pradesh Undertaking) had sanctioned Investment Promotion Assistance (IPA) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 19.74 Crores under Madhya Pradesh Nivesh Protsahayan Yojana, 2014 / Investment Promotion Assistance Scheme to the Company.

2. The eligibility period of assistance is 7 years (10.11.2019 to 09.11.2026) and the yearly sanctioned amount of IPA is Rs. 2.82 Crores.

3. The Company had received the value of first year of Rs. 2.82 Crores of assistance as intimated vide our letter dated 1[st] December, 2020. Further second tranche of assistance has also now been received by the Company.
