With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held today i.e. May 12, 2026 has approved the appointment of Mr. Kevin J. Dhruve (Membership No. F13414) as Company Secretary of the Company designated as Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Compliance Officer under Regulation 6(1) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
