Appointment of Company Secretary

Raiz Invest Limited ( Raiz or the Company ) announces in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Elizabeth McGregor has resigned.

The Board thanks Elizabeth for her valuable contribution to Raiz and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

Andrew Palfreyman has been appointed as Company Secretary, replacing Elizabeth.

Andrew is a corporate lawyer specialising in equity capital markets and commercial transactions. He also acts as company secretary for a number of listed and unlisted companies in the technology, finance and energy sectors.

For the purpose of Listing Rule 12.6, the Company confirms that Mr Palfreyman is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

The changes are effective today.
