NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Raisio has on 8 September received the following notification pursuant to
Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Pendal Group Limited.
According to the notification, the holdings in Raisio plc of Pendal Group
Limited and the entities under its control as referred to therein have on 7
September 2021 fallen below the threshold of 5 %.

According to the notification, the total number of Raisio plc’s shares owned by
Pendal Group Limited is 8,254,455, which is 4.99 per cent of Raisio plc’s shares
and votes. Raisio plc has corrected the percentage of votes in the notification.
The correct percentage, taking into consideration Raisio plc’s two share
classes, is 1.09 per cent of all votes (and not 4.99 per cent as informed in the
notification).

Raisio plc has two share classes; each restricted share (series K) entitles to
20 votes and each free share (series V) to one vote.  In total, the number of
issued Raisio plc’s shares is 165,149,030 shares and the share capital entitles
to 754,107,534 votes.
