Changes in Raisio’s Finance management and in the Executive Committee

M.Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) Mika Saarinen, 48, has been
appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as a member of the Executive
Committee of Raisio plc, starting immediately. For the past two years his
position has been Director of Treasury, Investor Relations and Communications.
Mika Saarinen has acquired long experience in Finance sector from various
positions before he joined the Raisio Group.

Raisio’s current CFO Toni Rannikko has resigned from his position to start with
a new employer.

“I want to thank Toni Rannikko for developing Raisio’s Financial Administration
and I wish him the best of success for the new role. I’m delighted for the
appointment of Mika Saarinen as I have learned to know him as a strong finance
