Raisio plc’s board has elected its chairmen

Raisio plc Stock Exchange Release 24 March 2017 RAISIO PLC’S BOARD HAS ELECTED ITS CHAIRMEN The board of directors elected by the Annual General Meeting on 23 March 2017 - Erkki Haavisto, Ilkka Mäkelä, Leena Niemistö, Matti Perkonoja, Michael Ramm-Schmidt and Ann-Christine Sundell – has elected Matti Perkonoja as its chairman and Michael Ramm-Schmidt as its vice chairman. The term of the board commenced on 23 March 2017.
