Raisio to revise the composition of the Group Management Team

RAISIO TO REVISE THE COMPOSITION OF THE GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Raisio will revise the composition of the Group Management Team. CEO Matti
Rihko, CFO Jyrki Paappa, Vice President, HR Merja Lumme, Vice President,
Consumer Brands Paul Simmonds, Vice President, Licensed Brands Vincent
Poujardieu and Vice President, Raisioagro Leif Liedes will continue to serve as
members of the Group Management Team.

Sari Koivulehto-Mäkitalo, Vice President of Legal Affairs, has been appointed
as a new member of the Management Team as of 1 January 2013 and she will also
continue as Management Team secretary. She has worked at Raisio since 2006.

Jacek Dziekonski will continue to lead Eastern European Consumer Brands
business and he will report to Paul Simmonds who is responsible for the whole
Consumer Brands unit. Dziekonski will leave the Group Management Team on 31
December 2012.

Pasi Lähdetie, Vice President of Grain trade operations, will leave the Group
Management Team and he will not continue to work for the company after 22
November 2012.
